The Embrace Life Coaching sessions - are charged per hour or by the month and all payments are made using this website and links below. You cannot order multiple dates at the same time when booking. If ordering Emerge or Take Flight a schedule will be setup after ordering by the month. When booking dates you will select first appointment to order. I will continue to work with you to set up your schedule for each month or per session.

You must confirm in advance a need to reschedule and I will do my best to accommodate the request. 

EMERGE Sessions -The text and email responses are not unlimited and shall not exceed one hour per month.  I value our partnership and your time and expect the same consideration in return.  If we set a date and time for the sessions and you do not attend then I will consider it a no-show and no reschedule is available.

HEALING RHYTHM Sessions- Video Sessions - having a drum ( hand drum, bongos) is preferred. We can still do the session with other creative solutions with house hold items. When we meet in person at Local areas only (Flagler Beach Fl., Palm Coast Fl., Saint Augustine Fl. areas) Drums will be provided. I prefer to meet in outdoor locations such as the Beach or Parks as agreed upon.

IN PERSON- I am now offering sessions outdoors in and around Flagler Beach Fl., Palm Coast Fl., Saint Augustine Fl. areas. ( After you book your session I will confirm our meeting location and preferences.  (If weather is not suitable we will have the session online or via phone. )
